I had a layover in Sea-Tac airport recently and had some dinner & margs at Wolfgang Puck’s restaurant in the terminal. I was overwhelmed with the attention to detail on whoever is prepping his veggies. I would bet money he has never set foot in that place, but they do a pretty good job on quality control in my opinion. A word to the wise, if you get fresh tomato on your pizza, a little salt will turn a smile into a grin!
