My Foodie Penpal surprise for May arrived the other day. What a wonderful thing this is! Every month, you have the option to participate in a foodie exchange with a complete stranger. This is only the second time I have participated and I have really enjoyed the program so far.

My pen pal for this month is from Texas and shared some edible and functional favorites of hers which represented her state in a wonderful way. There is a greek seasoning that I used on grilled chicken last night which yielded rave reviews. Coffee, astronaut gum, & an Asian bun dessert treat rounded out the edibles. What was truly wonderful was that there was also a foodie magazine, some measuring spoons, and the cutest little whisk I have ever seen. All items I will enjoy sampling & sharing. How fun!
