It was called a Breakfast Stuffing. For sale at the IGA on the Blackfoot Indian Reservation near Browning, MT. I knew it was an egg sandwich on toast, but to my surprise it had a hash brown stuffed inside as well. I tossed out the egg and ate the rest for a nice rez breakfast. Yum!
